I help leaders cultivate self-awareness, emotionally intelligent leadership, and resilience through SIY transformative trainings developed at Google.
I run an AI platform to assess & accelerate adult development and leadership maturity built with Dr Cook-Greuter and aligned with the system of her Harvard colleague, Dr. Robert Kegan. If you're curious about your stage and effective growth levers:
Explore your leadership maturityI support individuals interested in vertical growth and upgrading their meaning-making, high-functioning professionals who wish to experience more meaning in life and work, and people interested in consciousness work.
Schedule a coaching sessionI lead workshops and retreats combining neuroscience and Tibetan meditation. Some involve EEG neurofeedback to facilitate higher states and flow (my work on quantifying meditative states is published in Nature Scientific Reports).

PhD in brain-inspired AI (University of Manchester).
- Leadership at Big Five tech and Big Four consulting companies, leading AI teams developing multimodal and genomic cancer diagnostic AI systems with industry-leading accuracy, and cognitive debiasing and decision support systems for leaders (alongside leading experts incl. Daniel Kahnemann).

- The "ground of being", as it is called in Zen (a deep experiential aspect of ourselves which is characterised by luminous clarity, inner peace, and connectedness; similar to flow states)
Personal. While my work has been fulfilling, a turning point has reshaped how I approach life. After years of chasing success and self-worth - pursuing careers in science, Big Tech and startups, and living in nine countries - I was gifted with an opportunity to stop and reflect on what matters:
I was diagnosed with a heart condition that initially seemed lethal. Faced with the question what really matters (if all I had left was weeks or months), one dimension of life came into sharp focus: depth.
Depth of presence, depth of connection to others and ourselves, and alignment with our deepest truths emerged as the most meaningful aspects of life. Perhaps - and for me this is true - they matter more than how far we travel, how high we achieve, or how much we accumulate.
Realigning my inner and outer life around these insights transformed what began as one of the worst years of my life into one of the most fulfilling. I left Big Tech - and the chase for external outcomes - to deepen in these ways and share what I've learned. I'm honored to co-create spaces where others can explore their deeper truths and align with what matters most.
If this resonates, I’d love to connect with you.
